Customer Service Representative – Remote, United States

Inception Fertility is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in the United States. This remote-eligible role pays $35 per hour and is an opportunity to help deliver a positive customer experience by responding to inquiries and resolving issues with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues with a customer-focused approach and escalate concerns when needed.
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.
• Work with customer service colleagues and cross-functional teams to improve support and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings, share feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively on a team.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Reporting and Collaboration

You will report to the Customer Service Manager and collaborate with customer service colleagues and other teams to provide comprehensive customer support and contribute to service quality.
