Customer Service Representative - Remote - United States

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to inquiries.
• Effectively resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address and escalate issues when necessary.
• Participate in team meetings to share feedback, discuss challenges, and support continuous improvement.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
