Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site
Duration: Long-Term
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Project Manager to lead end-to-end Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations and transformation initiatives within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience managing Guidewire Cloud implementations
Strong experience in the P&C Insurance domain
Proven Project & Program Management experience
Knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
Experience with Agile/Scrum, delivery governance, and release management
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing distributed, offshore, and cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Coordinate with client stakeholders, system integrators, vendors, and offshore teams.
Drive delivery governance, UAT, quality assurance, and release management.
Monitor project financials, forecasts, and change requests.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• Background in large-scale insurance transformation programs
