Requirements include previous handyman, construction, remodeling, or property-maintenance experience, reliable transportation, ability to work independently, strong communication skills, attention to detail, respect for customer homes, and references. Salary: $25–$30/hour depending on experience. Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week with potential to grow into full-time.
