Job description
Seeking FULL TIME Live Out "Groundsman"/Home-caretaker (open to domestic couples as well - additional pay provided for second person/housekeeper). Responsibilities include managing exterior of property, leaf blowing, outdoor surface cleaning, deep cleaning exterior surfaces, patios, furniture, light paint work, stucco, and general handyman duties. Candidate must be organized, trustworthy, capable, hardworking, flexible, with intermediate English and fluent Spanish. Driving required. Compensation: $1600-2000/week, paid via W2.
