Requirements
- Visa: Any
- Must have:- MMIS -Medicaid Management Information System
- Experience working in a help desk or service desk environment.
- Experience supporting government or Medicaid and Healthcare IT projects
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing, analysis, reporting, and metrics.
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of SLA/KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and process improvement.
