About the role

Serenity Pathway LLC is looking for an experienced, well-connected professional to help build relationships with hospitals, treatment facilities, and community organizations throughout Arizona.

Outpatient behavioral health

Tasks

• Traveling throughout Arizona and visiting healthcare facilities
• Building relationships with administrators, discharge planners, and community leaders
• Developing new business partnerships and networking opportunities
• Representing Serenity Pathway at meetings and community events
• Identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships and service agreements
• Build relationships with hospitals, treatment facilities, and community organizations.
• Represent Serenity Pathway in the field throughout Arizona.
• Develop strategic partnerships and community connections.
• Support growth through professional outreach and networking.

Requirements

• Healthcare outreach, sales, or business development experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Existing professional relationships within Arizona’s healthcare community preferred
• Willingness to travel and work independently
• Experienced in healthcare outreach, business development, or community relations.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Comfortable with travel and in-person outreach.
• Professional, motivated, and relationship-focused.
