Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Proficiency in STRATA Jazz software with experience in financial reporting and analysis. Strong analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in healthcare.
