Summit Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team full-time. This remote role is essential in delivering top-tier recruitment services across the healthcare industry throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship management.
• Conduct interviews and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers to support effective hiring decisions.
• Work independently to prioritize recruitment tasks and consistently meet or exceed hiring targets.
• Stay current with healthcare industry trends to inform strategic recruiting approaches.
• Participate in networking events to engage with healthcare professionals and expand candidate pools.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its staffing needs.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Relevant experience in healthcare recruitment preferred but flexible based on candidate background.

The Healthcare Recruiter will play a vital role in enhancing Summit Medical Staffing’s recruitment efforts by leveraging industry knowledge and recruitment tools. This position reports to the HR Manager and collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR personnel to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
