Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for diverse healthcare roles.

• Build and maintain a robust network of healthcare professionals through proactive sourcing and relationship management.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide hiring recommendations to managers.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its staffing requirements.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
