High-Agency Virtual Assistant (ChatGPT-Native)
Location: Remote, USA
Type: Full-time, flexible hours
Pay: $1,000–$1,200 base + performance bonus tied to OKRs
The Role
We need a resourceful Virtual Assistant who can figure things out fast without step-by-step instructions. You’ll leverage ChatGPT, online research, and your problem-solving skills to tackle diverse challenges daily.
Tasks vary widely: from competitor research and funnel building to running outbound campaigns, managing replies, and booking meetings. You’ll engage in marketing, go-to-market (GTM) execution, systems management, research, and operations. Expect a fast-paced environment where learning is continuous.
Work directly with Dealflow’s founders and gain insider exposure to building high-growth companies. This role is a career accelerator disguised as a job.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze competitors by funnel-hacking and deconstructing their strategies
- Create simple landing pages and ad campaigns
- Manage end-to-end outbound and cold-email sequences including setup, segmentation, testing, and optimization
- Handle campaign operations: inbox management, reply routing, follow-ups, and lead stage updates
- Coordinate scheduling: booking calls, managing calendars, sending reminders, and reducing no-shows
- Support GTM execution with list building, targeting, messaging iterations, deliverability hygiene, and performance reporting
- Source local vendors or services on short notice
- Research new markets, tools, and workflows
- Organize chaos into structure using Notion, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT
