About the Role
Dealflow is looking for a high-agency virtual assistant who can solve problems quickly, work independently, and use ChatGPT, online research, and sound judgment to deliver results. You’ll work directly with the founders across marketing, go-to-market execution, research, systems, and operations. Tasks and priorities will vary, and formal training and documented procedures will be limited.
What You’ll Do
- Research competitors and break down their strategies and funnels.
- Build simple landing pages and advertising campaigns.
- Manage cold email and outbound campaigns from setup and segmentation through testing and optimization.
- Handle campaign inboxes and replies, route leads, follow up, and keep lead stages current.
- Coordinate calls, calendars, and reminders to help reduce no-shows.
- Support go-to-market execution through list building, audience targeting, messaging iterations, deliverability practices, and performance reporting.
- Find local vendors and services on short notice.
- Research markets, tools, and workflows.
- Organize evolving projects and information with Notion, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT.
