Promind Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a dedicated Hindi Tele Caller - Collections for our Noida office in Uttar Pradesh, India. This full-time role focuses on managing account collections while maintaining positive customer relationships in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to collect debts professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using company systems.
• Address customer queries about account balances and payment options effectively.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve collections processes.
• Monitor and report collection metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass education.
• Fluent communication skills in Hindi; English proficiency is a plus.
• Empathetic and professional approach to customer service.
• Basic knowledge of collection procedures and customer service principles.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Previous tele-calling or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: INR 12,500 per month.
