Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to discuss and collect outstanding debts with professionalism and empathy.
• Record customer interactions and follow-up activities accurately in company systems.
• Answer questions about account balances and available payment options.
• Identify complex customer concerns and escalate them to the appropriate departments.
• Work with teammates to improve collections practices and processes.
• Monitor and report collection metrics and progress toward goals.
• Follow applicable industry regulations and company policies during all customer interactions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• At least a 12th-grade education.
• Strong Hindi communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
• A professional, empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Basic knowledge of collections processes and customer service principles.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Previous tele-calling or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
