Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for debt collection professionally and empathetically. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using company systems. Resolve customer queries related to account balances and payment options effectively. Identify complex issues and escalate them to relevant departments promptly. Work collaboratively with team members to improve collections processes and share best practices. Monitor collection metrics and report progress against targets regularly. Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance in all communications. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass education. Fluent communication skills in Hindi; English proficiency is a plus. Professional and empathetic approach when handling customer concerns. Basic knowledge of collection procedures and customer service principles. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous. Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service roles preferred. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
