Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
• Build relationships through proactive networking and identify new business opportunities.
• Research and analyze markets to guide business development strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations that clearly communicate the company’s offerings to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company and its clients.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns and strengthen brand visibility in target markets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sales or business development; experience in a similar industry is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Compensation and Growth
