Job description
NEEDED FOR: GENERAL LABOR / CONCRETE DEMOLITION
Duties include:
- Interior demolition (removal of HVAC, drywall, carpet, flooring, ceiling tiles, & other structures)
- Shoveling, sweeping, & hauling
- Sorting debris
- Using wheelbarrows & dollies
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in concrete work (pouring concrete or bricklaying as plus)
- MUST HAVE valid California driver’s license (will operate company vehicles)
- Overnight travel may be required at times
Wage:
- $20.00 hr (non-prevaling wage)
- NOTE: Higher-skilled, saw cutting EXPERIENCE may allow for higher pay (Experience must be stated on resume)
