Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Home Care Coordinator with hands-on HHA Exchange experience to support our home care operations. This role is fully remote and based in the Dominican Republic. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in EVV workflows, and comfortable coordinating with U.S.-based teams, caregivers, and agencies.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate caregiver schedules and visits using HHA ExchangeMonitor, review, and reconcile caregiver attendance and EVV dataResolve visit exceptions, missed punches, and discrepanciesCommunicate with caregivers, coordinators, and agency partners regarding scheduling and attendance issuesEnsure accurate visit verification for payroll and billingMaintain compliance with New York home care and EVV requirementsDocument corrections and follow established workflowsMeet daily productivity, accuracy, and turnaround standards
QualificationsRequired: Proven hands-on experience using HHA ExchangeBackground in home care coordination, healthcare staffing, or EVV systems preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time preferred)Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
