Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care and achieve optimal outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution is required. Active nursing license in the state of Florida. Strong demonstration of compassion and empathy in patient care. Experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant healthcare software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience is preferred.
