Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager

Salary: $160,000-$170,000 base (Negotiable) plus full benefits including 401(k) with match, medical benefits, PTO & paid holidays, and more

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to help lead operations for a newly opening home infusion branch in the Glendale/Los Angeles area. The role will oversee sterile compounding operations, clinical pharmacy services, pharmacy staff leadership, workflow management, and quality initiatives within a highly specialized home infusion environment.

Job Responsibilities: Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Oversee sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and clinical pharmacy services Coordinate daily pharmacy operations and workflow management Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training pharmacy personnel Conduct performance evaluations and staff development activities Maintain pharmacist on-call schedules and provide coverage as needed

Qualifications: An active California Pharmacist license is required Minimum 5 years of home infusion pharmacy experience Strong sterile compounding and IV admixture experience Prior pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience preferred
