Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide personalized care based on their individual needs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and health status, and report significant changes to healthcare providers.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing education and caregiving support.
• Document patient progress and care plans in accordance with healthcare requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support positive patient outcomes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Freshers are welcome; 0–2 years of nursing or related experience is ideal.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Previous home care or patient care experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with medical software and documentation tools is preferred.

Report to the Head Nurse and work alongside healthcare professionals providing attentive care in patients’ homes.
