Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and provide individualized patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs and health conditions; report changes promptly to healthcare providers.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, offering education and emotional support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and care plans in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Open to freshers eager to start their nursing career.
• Strong communication skills focused on compassionate patient care.
• Previous experience in home care or patient care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic CPR and First Aid certification is advantageous.
