Horse Professional

Firefly Equestrian is seeking an experienced and dependable horse professional to join our team 20-30 hours per week. This role includes: * 4-5 days per week * Starting at $18/hour * Handling horses safely for feeding & turnout * Feeding and watering 16 horses * Cleaning stalls and runs thoroughly * Monitoring horse wellbeing and communicating clearly with the team This position is essential to maintaining our elite standard of care. We are looking for someone who: * Has solid, hands-on horse experience * Understands barn work is physical and detail-oriented * Shows up on time consistently * Communicates professionally * Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do * Is looking for a steady, long-term role within a growing program This is not a casual or temporary position.
