About the role
Churchill Living is looking for a sales professional in DC to drive occupancy at a hotel property in our portfolio.
Tasks
- You’ll own the pipeline.
- You’ll build relationships with corporate accounts, government contractors, relocation firms, travel managers, and group buyers, both for short and extended stays.
Requirements
- Hotel sales experience (corporate, extended-stay, group, or government)
- An existing network in the DC metro area is a big plus
- A hunter mentality: comfortable prospecting, cold outreach, and closing
- Know-how on rates, accounts, and occupancy goals
