Key Responsibilities
- Clean assigned guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Change linens and towels and replenish room amenities according to company standards.
- Restock housekeeping supplies and report maintenance issues or damage to management.
- Keep common areas clean and presentable.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or assistance.
- Interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Attend team meetings and training to strengthen housekeeping skills and service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is a plus.
- Physical stamina and mobility to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Team and Work Environment
Report to the Head Housekeeper and work with housekeeping colleagues, front desk staff, and maintenance teams to support efficient operations and excellent guest service. This is a full-time, on-site position in New York, NY.
