Housing Navigator

SHIFT: 1ST SHIFT 8:00 AM
PAY: $20.00 PER HOUR
TYPE: FULL-TIME NON-EXEMPT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outreach and intake, and assess individual needs.
- Assist clients with housing applications and finding permanent housing.
- Connect clients to community resources and support services.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with guidelines.
- Transport clients to appointments and services as a company vehicle, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and community partners to ensure quality services.
- Advocate for clients and help remove barriers to stable housing.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in outreach, case management, or housing/navigation preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of community resources related to homelessness and housing.
- Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Proficient in basic computer skills. HMIS experience a plus.
- Passionate about helping individuals and making a difference in the community.
