Ready Hire Staffing WE ARE HIRING AN HR ASSISTANT! - Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a Business-Related Field (Business Admin., HR, etc.) or 3+ years of work experience in a business, HR, or admin setting. - Experience supporting HR admin, completing new employee onboarding, incident documentation, payroll, workers’ comp., employee insurance. - Basic working knowledge of OSHA general-industry requirements with the ability to learn and consistently follow established procedures. - Ability to communicate professionally with hourly employees, fellow office staff, and company clients both verbally, over the phone and via email. - Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive systems. - Willing to learn and have a good attitude! 35 hrs. a week (Monday-Friday) $13-$18/hr.
