Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing preferred
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
