FULL TIME, ON SITE POSITIONS IN THE MIAMI AREA
STARTING AT $20/HR + BENEFITS
On-Site - Full Time
Doral, FL
Job Duties:
• Recruiting process tasks: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters
• Pre-employment tasks: background checks, employment verification, onboarding
• Maintaining employee records and HR documents within the HRIS
Billingual (English/Spanish)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA or related field
1-2 years experience in HR, Recruiting/TA, or Admin Support role
Experience with HRIS (Workday or similar) is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
