Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
• With experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to handle employee records, attendance, recruitment, and HR documentation
• Can work independently and coordinate effectively with employees and management
