Job description
We’re looking for a passionate and people-oriented HR Generalist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to creating a positive employee experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and employee concerns
- Administer HR policies, procedures and compliance
- Maintain HR records and generate HR reports
- Support learning & development and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM)
At least 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
