HR Generalist

Support employees during transition from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM. Provide HR support via phone and email, manage ServiceNow cases, assist with Performance Management, Employee Lifecycle Changes, Compensation Questions & Policies, Benefits & Payroll Deductions, Employment Status Changes. Experience in HR, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services required. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and/or PeopleSoft, ServiceNow. Strong communication skills, customer service experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, PHR Certification a plus.
