Senior HR Generalist / Junior HR Business Partner – Mexico City

Juan Carlos Cepeda is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Generalist / Junior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. This full-time role is essential for driving effective HR strategies and supporting workforce initiatives within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs to boost employee development and engagement.
• Support performance management activities and offer coaching to managers.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficiency with HR software and digital tools.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.

This position reports directly to the HR Director based in Brazil and requires close collaboration with management and department leaders to deliver optimal HR support and strategic initiatives. The role leverages HR management systems, communication platforms, and project management tools to ensure operational efficiency.
