POSITION DETAILS
Position: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Internship Type: Remote Internship
Duration: 3 Months
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

WORKING HOURS
PART-TIME INTERNSHIP (min. 4 hours/day)
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
FULL-TIME INTERNSHIP
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Conducting initial candidate communication and follow-ups
• Maintaining recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records
• Supporting onboarding activities and documentation processes
• Assisting in employee engagement and HR communication activities
• Preparing recruitment reports and maintaining daily updates
• Learning industry practices related to talent acquisition and HR operations

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Strong coordination and time management abilities
• Professional communication skills while interacting with candidates
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates who are eligible:
• Freshers looking to start a career in HR
• Students pursuing or graduates from:
o BBA
o B.Com
o MBA (HR)
o Any related management background
