HR INTERN
WORK FROM HOME INTERNSHIP

Stipend: Performance-Based

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and HR operations while working remotely.

ELIGIBILITY
• Undergraduate or postgraduate students, or fresh graduates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Stable internet connection and a laptop/smartphone.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in daily HR and recruitment-related activities.
• Submit daily work reports to the reporting manager.

STIPEND
This is a Performance-Based Internship. The stipend will be provided based on individual performance, productivity, and achievement of assigned targets during the internship period.
