KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source, screen & shortlist candidates
• Schedule & coordinate interviews
• Support onboarding & HR operations
• Maintain HR records & documentation
• Ensure smooth candidate experience
• Work on live HR projects & process improvements

FULL-TIME VS PART-TIME
FULL-TIME
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: 5 Days per Week
• Friday: Fixed Off
• Sunday: Full Working Day
PART-TIME
• Working Hours: Any 4 Hours per Day
• Working Days: 6 Days per Week
• Flexible Schedule
