About the role
Serve as our foundational leadership role and build our local team.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on HR operations and management experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Responsible for cross-border alignment with Taiwan headquarters on HR policies, compensation & benefits, and management issues.
- HR experience in the Semiconductor Industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in greenfield site setup, new office establishment, or large-scale recruitment initiatives.
