About the role
KGold Beauty Careers is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, strengthen people operations, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions.
- Conduct background checks and employment verification.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and lawful terminations following DOLE guidelines.
- Manage onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance.
- Enforce company policies and help build a high-performance workplace.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE compliance.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
- Experience in E-commerce, Retail, or BPO is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills.
- Willingness to work full-time in Marikina City.
