WE'RE HIRING! HR MANAGER

Work Setup: ON-SITE

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, strengthen people operations, and ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions
- Conduct thorough background checks and employment verification
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and lawful terminations following DOLE guidelines
- Manage onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance
- Enforce company policies and help build a high-performance workplace

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE compliance
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management
- Experience in E-commerce, Retail, or BPO is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Marikina City
