HR Manager

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, strengthen people operations, and ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions
- Conduct thorough background checks and employment verification
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and lawful terminations following DOLE guidelines
- Manage onboarding, employee records and HR compliance
- Enforce company policies and help build a high-performance workplace

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws & DOLE compliance
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience in E-Commerce, Retail, or BPO is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Willing to work full-time, on-site in Marikina City
