Food and Beverage Manager Job in Leyte, Eastern Visayas

W.Bridges Manpower Corp. is hiring a dedicated Food and Beverage Manager to lead our food and beverage operations in Leyte, Eastern Visayas, Philippines. This full-time role is essential for ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations within our department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage budgets, including sales forecasting and cost control.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement coaching programs.
• Engage with customers to collect feedback and exceed their expectations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage purchasing and inventory levels effectively.
