Food and Beverage Manager – Leyte, Eastern Visayas

W.Bridges Manpower Corp. is hiring a full-time Food and Beverage Manager in Leyte, Eastern Visayas, Philippines. This on-site hospitality leadership role oversees daily food and beverage operations, staff performance, budgets, food safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage department operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage, train, and coach staff to provide excellent customer service and operate efficiently.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecast sales, and control operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Engage with customers, gather feedback, and work to exceed their expectations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on purchasing and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Budgeting and financial management skills.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to stay positive under pressure.

Compensation and Employment

Pay: 50000 per month.

Employment type: Full-time, on-site.

You will report to the senior management team and collaborate with colleagues across the food and beverage department to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
