Group of Companies (Oil & Gas)
REQUIREMENT (HR MANAGER)
- Any Bachelor's degree, Diploma and/or professional certifications in a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Proficient in HRIS/HR Software, HR Operations & Reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of full HR functions and Myanmar Labour Laws & Regulations
- Excellent leadership, people management, and negotiation abilities
Working Days/Hours: Mon - Fri: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Sat: Half Day
Benefits: Ferry Provided, other benefits as per company policy
Location: Thaketa Township
Salary: 15 to 18 Lakhs (Nego)
