HR Officer

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 25 years old and above
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Must have high analytical skills
- Must have excellent communication and computer skills
- Must have a strong and dynamic personality
- Preferably with interviewing, counseling,
strategic HR, report generation, documentation, leadership and management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Prepares all official employment documentation and ensures candidates complete all necessary pre-employment requirements.
- Monitors and tracks the performance results of probationary employees, ensuring timely feedback and evaluation.
- Conducts coaching and counseling sessions, and attends to administrative hearings and disciplinary matters.
- Supports the maintenance of a positive work environment by promoting compliance with the Company’s code of conduct and internal regulations.
- Assists in the administration and alignment of HR programs, procedures, and guidelines with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Prepares, maintains, and audits critical HR reports required by management and the department.
