KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source candidates through job portals, social media & databases
- Screen resumes & conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate & schedule interviews with clients
- Follow up with candidates till selection & joining
- Meet daily calling, submission & closure targets
