Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for bulk hiring, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires efficiently.

• Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidate skills, cultural fit, and motivation for the role.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Maintain and update a candidate database to track recruitment progress and meet hiring targets.
• Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends and best practices to enhance hiring processes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
