Job description
Join a customer-focused team as a Tamil Telecaller in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this full-time, on-site role, you will connect with customers, explain products and services, support sales opportunities, and help deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Learn the company’s offerings and clearly communicate their benefits.
- Record customer interactions and share feedback that can improve services.
- Work with the sales team to identify leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in team meetings to review targets, challenges, and improvement strategies.
- Track call metrics and work toward individual and team performance goals.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tamil is required; English fluency is a plus.
- At least a 10th-grade education; candidates with further education are welcome.
