HR RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least two years experience in handling end to end Talent Acquisition Programs
preferably in the same industry.
• Hands-on experience with job sites like Jobstreet and Indeed and other sourcing
sites.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional
websites like LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, engaging, and confident.
• Experience using social media as a tool for hiring and talent management is an
dvantage.
• Preferably residing in Cebu City
