HR Recruitment Specialist

Makati City (Office-Based)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Must have experience handling recruitment for Construction, Fintech, or Lending companies.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, or similar channels.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Source, screen and coordinate with candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up on job offers and deployment.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
• Assist in other HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
