• Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Can work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
