Customer Service Representative — Las Piñas, Metro Manila

Ralf Lawrence L Ballad is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will help customers resolve questions and concerns while supporting customer satisfaction and service excellence. The position reports to the Customer Service Manager and collaborates with team members and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in company systems.
• Share information with teammates to improve the customer experience.
• Report recurring customer issues and trends to support process improvements.
• Maintain current product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.
• Support new staff training by sharing best practices and communication techniques.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Customer service experience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to varied tasks and changing customer needs.
• Technical proficiency with customer service software and tools, including CRM systems.
• One to two years of relevant experience preferred.
