HR Specialist Food Industry

Managing Employee Relations and building a vibrant, positive workplace culture. Implementing company HR Policies and regulatory standards. Overseeing daily Personnel Management and conflict resolution. Administering Payroll & Employee Benefits efficiently. Supporting fast-tracked recruitment and smooth onboarding processes. REQUIRED experience working in the Food Industry. REQUIRED at least two (2) years of solid Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of HR management, policies, benefits, and statutory compliance. Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and timekeeping tools is highly preferred. Must be amenable to work on-site in BGC and CAN START ASAP.
