QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or any related course or field.
Experience in managing recruitment and hiring.
Experience in employee engagement.
Experience or knowledge in HR programs and documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment and hiring support
Employee records management and documentation
HR programs and employee engagement activities
Licensing with government agencies (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE)
Other HR-related tasks as assigned
