HRIS ORACLE Support Coordinator

Large hospital in Gloucester County is seeking an HRIS Oracle Support Coordinator to join its Human Resources team.

Assignment Length: 3+ months
Schedule: Hybrid after training
Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY

The role provides day-to-day support for HCM and HRIS initiatives while participating in a system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and process optimization.

The HRIS Oracle Support Coordinator will support ongoing HR operations and special projects, working closely with the HRIS Supervisor to research new Oracle functionality, recommend improvements, and help implementation tasks that enhance efficiency and the end-user experience.

This position serves as a liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to ensure HRIS solutions are accurate, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs.
