QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll, and other HR functions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and other labor regulations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• At least 1 year of HR experience is an advantage.
