Ygen-Ai is seeking a Human Resource Director to lead end-to-end HR operations for a multinational or enterprise organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for a multinational or enterprise organization.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Use HRIS/HCM platforms to manage employee data and analyze HR metrics.
Requirements
- Availability to work Philippine day-shift hours supporting a Philippines based HR function.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HR operations for a multinational or enterprise organization.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms for managing employee data and analyzing HR metrics.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
