What We Look For

Must Have
- Availability to work Philippine day-shift hours supporting a Philippines based HR function
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HR operations for a multinational or enterprise organization
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms for managing employee data and analyzing HR metrics
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness
