Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and help new employees transition smoothly into the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel data in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• Assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Help organize employee training and professional development programs.
• Work with department heads on staffing requirements and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong recruitment skills and experience managing hiring processes.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
• One to two years of Human Resources experience preferred.
