Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate selection procedures.
• Write job descriptions and postings that reflect hiring needs.
• Build relationships with prospective candidates and support talent outreach.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding and training coordination.
• Partner with department managers to identify current and future staffing needs.
• Review recruitment metrics and recommend ways to improve efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
